Assessment and self evaluations

An assessment may be carried out at both individual and team level. The object of assessment may be to support a hiring decision or to assess development potential .

Self evaluation involves the support of supervisory boards when they want to assess their own performance as required by e.g. codes of governance. Self evaluation could equally be performed by  management boards
