The Association of Business Coaches is a partnership of six independent coaches. Leadership development is a central theme in the work they do.

Because of the complementary nature of their joint experience, Marjo van Ekelenburg, Marius Frank, Frans Gosses, Peter Idenburg, Janka van Leeuwen and Rob Mommers are able to offer a wide range of services and support in the following areas:

• Performance by individuals and teams
• Making personal choices
• Recognising the consequences of strategic choices for the development of senior management

They intervene in three different qualities:

• Executive coach: focusing on the performance of individuals and teams
• Assessor:  assessment and evaluation of the performance of individuals and teams
• Consultant: acting as a trusted sounding board, e.g. when considering personal dilemmas or the behavioral implications of a new strategy
