Self-evaluations
What is it?
External support and guidance to supervisory boards that want to evaluate their own performance. The self-evaluation will focus on governance, team performance and individual contribution of the supervisory directors.
ABC also supports management boards that want to go through a self-evaluation process.
Why external guidance?

Compliance with government requirements (see the Banking Code (Code Banken), for example)

Freeing up the Chairman, so that he is in a position to participate fully

External parties may spot blind spots and give impartial advice.

The presence of external paries makes it easier to raise difficult, personal matters

How?
Depending on the situation, the intensity of the intervention may be discussed. However elements could include:

Personal interviews with supervisory directors and other parties involved
